(1) The meeting of the Authority shall be held as per necessity.
(2) The meeting of the Authority shall be held on such place date and time as specified by the Chairperson.
(3) The meeting of they Authority shall be presided over by the Chairperson and in his absence the meeting shall be presided over by a Member selected by the Members present at the meeting from among themselves.
(4) The presence of more than fifty percent Members shall be deemed to be completed a quorum for a meeting.
(5) The opinion of the majority at a meeting of the Authority shall be deemed to be the decision of the Authority and in the event of a tie, the Chairperson shall exercise the casting vote.
(6) The decisions of the meetings of the Authority shall be attested by the Chairperson, and such decisions shall be circulated to all the Members by the Secretary of the Authority.
(7) Other procedures relating to the meetings of the Authority shall be as determined by the Authority itself.
