No person shall do the following activities within the reserve without obtaining the written permission of the custodian if he is a custodian, assistant custodian if he is not a custodian, or any employee designated by the Government of Nepal:-
(a) to build or occupy any kind of house, hut, shelter or other structure,
(b) to occupy any land, clear vegetation, damage, encroach, cultivate or grow or harvest any crop,
(c) to graze or water domestic animals or birds,
(d)   to cut, fell, remove, cut, prune or dry any forest produce or to set fire to the forest produce or to cause damage in any other way,
(e) to spend the night or camp or light a fire at any place,
(f)   to excavate stone, sand or quarry or to remove any mineral matter, soil or other similar matter,
(g) To take dried or raw meat of wild animals or wild animals,
(h) To dam, divert or use any harmful or explosive substances in any river, stream or water source flowing within the reserve.
