(1) No provision shall be made for an industry established in a special economic zone to limit or have an adverse effect on the exemptions, facilities or concessions provided under the law at the time of establishment of such an industry.
(2) Exemptions, facilities or concessions provided to the industries established in the special economic zone for a period specified in accordance with this Act shall be received until that period.
(3) If there is any provision in this Act or any other prevailing law which is contrary to sub-sections (1) and (2), the provisions to the extent of adverse effect shall not be applicable in the case of such industry.
