(1) The Authority shall have a separate fund of its own (2) The fund as per sub-section (1) shall contain the following amounts:-
(a) Amount received from Government of Nepal,
(b) assistance, grant or loan received from a foreign government or national or international association, organization,
(c) Amounts received for license or renewal fee,
(d) Amounts received by leasing or selling movable immovable property of the Authority,
(e) The amount received by the authority for the services provided to the industry in accordance with this Act,
(f) Amount received from any other source.
(3) Before receiving the amount as per clause (b) of sub-section (2), the authority shall obtain the approval of the Government of Nepal.
(4) According to sub-section (2), the entire amount received by the authority shall be opened and deposited in any commercial bank within Nepal established in accordance with the prevailing laws relating to banks or financial institutions, and the management of such account shall be as prescribed by the management committee.
(5) Other arrangements related to the operation of the authority's fund shall be as prescribed.
