(1) Any person takes a picture of any person without his consent in such a way as to cause damage to his character or social reputation, or with the intention of defaming him, by placing another person's picture with his picture to make another picture, or to make another picture by combining a part of a person's picture with another part of another person's picture. , shall not be published or made public or cause to be made public.
(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1), it shall not be considered an offense for a person to take a picture of a person in a public place or to take a picture of any other person present in that place. But even the picture taken in that way cannot be used contrary to sub-section (1).
(3) No one shall publish, publicize, buy, sell or make public any person's picture without his consent with the intention of harassing, harassing or taking any unfair advantage from him or making commercial use of the picture.
