(1) If any kind of loss or damage is caused to anyone due to any offense or any other act committed under this Act, the concerned or affected person may file a complaint in the relevant district court to get compensation for such loss, damage or pain.< br> (2) In the case of a complaint under sub-section (1), if the concerned district court finds that compensation should be paid, the offender shall pay reasonable compensation to the victim.
