Government of Nepal and State Government (1) The copyright of works prepared by the Government of Nepal shall belong to the Government of Nepal and the copyright of works prepared by the Provincial Government shall belong to the Provincial Government.
(2) The Government of Nepal or the State Government may give permission to any person or organization to grant or sell or use in any other manner the rights obtained under sub-section (1).
