Section 13
Confidentiality of correspondence

(1) Every person shall have the right to maintain the confidentiality of his letter, correspondence or electronic mail (email) or communication transmitted by electronic means or other correspondence of a similar nature.
(2) No one shall read, view, make available to any other person, publish, broadcast or in any other way any person's letter, correspondence or electronic mail (email) or electronic communication or other correspondence of a similar nature as per sub-section (1) without authorization. It should not be made public in any way.
(3) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (2), with the consent of the person concerned or in connection with the investigation of any criminal offence, by the order of the authorized officer in accordance with the prevailing law, any person's letter, correspondence or electronic mail (email) or communication transmitted by electronic means or of a similar nature Other correspondence may be provided or arranged.
