(1) Every person shall have the right to family privacy in order to maintain family life or maintain family integrity.
(2) Matters related to the privacy of each other which are known only between the husband and the wife during the conjugal life shall be inviolable except in cases where it is necessary in the context of the litigation between the husband and the wife.
