(1) The Secretary-General can take festival holidays and holidays on his own and other holidays must be approved by the Speaker of the House of Representatives.
(2) The secretary of the House of Representatives must get the approval of the general secretary and the speaker of the House of Representatives for festival holidays and holidays.
(3) The secretary of the National Assembly must get the approval of the general secretary for festival holidays and holidays and other holidays from the president of the National Assembly.
(4) The records of the leave of the Secretary General and the Secretary shall be kept by the Federal Parliament Secretariat.
