(1) Regardless of what is written in the prevailing law, the Authority shall exercise the right to conduct preliminary environmental testing or evaluation of the environmental impact of any industry and to use any agency in relation to industrial pollution and management in the case of industries established in special economic zones.
(2) In accordance with sub-section (1), the authority shall carry out preliminary environmental testing or environmental impact assessment of the industry and shall adopt the procedures related to industrial pollution and management as prescribed in the prevailing law.
