(1) According to prevailing laws, when a person invests abroad or when a foreign investor invests in Nepal ………….., the bank shall publish and broadcast public information as prescribed. However, this section shall not be deemed to prevent the investment of any Nepali citizen residing in Nepal from his earnings abroad during his stay abroad.
