: Government offices, non-governmental organizations, local associations, communities, volunteers, civil society, private sector and individuals should assist in disaster management as follows:-
(a) Assisting in disaster management activities including data collection, damage assessment, relief, rehabilitation and reconstruction,
(b)   Enhancing public awareness regarding disaster management,
(c) Assisting and participating in training programs related to capacity development, emergency mock exercises and disaster management,
(d) To assist in search, rescue and relief distribution operations.
