Section 9A
Functions, Duties and Powers of the Committee
(1) All the activities of the institute will be supervised, controlled and organized by the committee.
(2) The Committee shall exercise all the rights and duties of the Institute under this Act.
(3) The committee shall implement the appropriate suggestions recommended by the expert committee.
