Section 2
Definition
In this Act unless the subject or the context otherwise requires—
(a) "Institute" means Guthi Institute under section 3.
(b) "President" shall mean the President of Guthi Sansthan.
(B1) "Committee" shall mean the Board of Directors constituted in accordance with Section 9.
(B2) "Member" shall mean a member of the Committee.
(B3) "Administrator" shall mean the administrator of the Institute.
(c) "Guthi" means any temple, shrine, dharmashala, pati-pauva, well, pond, pond, stream, stream, road, for any monastery or any festival, worship or pilgrimage of any deity or any religious or charitable work; A donor relinquishes his right in his movable and immovable property or any other property or money that comes to him for the purpose of constructing, operating or maintaining a ghat, bridge, chautara, goucharan, garden, garden, forest, library, school, dispensary, hospital, house, building or institution. (d) "Rajguthi" shall mean the Rajguthi which has been arranged and operated by the Guthi Sansthan as the right and obligation of the Guthi Sansthan at the time of commencement of this Act.
(e) "Chutguthi" means Guthi Puja, festival, etc. from Ayasta, the remaining Guthi is paid to the Rajguthi till the time of Kasar or Salami, or the remaining Guthi is paid to the Rajguthi before the Guthi Institute Act, 2021 commences. In order to be registered, the land of such Guthi should be submitted to the Nepal government, and the registration of the Guthi should not be submitted to the government of Nepal. (f) "Private Guthi" means the private Guthi of the world other than Raj Guthi and Chut Guthi.
(G) "Guthiyar" means the person who has the right to use the Guthi or the rightful owner of the donor of the Guthi or the private Guthi and the Mahant and Pujari of the Salbasali Darbandi of such Guthi.
(h) "Guthi Raitan Nambari Jagga" shall mean the land for which the registrant has to surrender the property to the Institute.
(j) "Guthi numbered land" means the Corporation as land ownerIt should be remembered that the land must be handed over to the government.
(j) "Guthi deployment land" means the land which is not registered in anyone's name and has all the rights of the Guthi Sansthan.
(k) "Guthi Subordinated Land" shall mean the land which has been transferred to the Corporation by the registrant.
(l) "Guthi zamidari" means a zamidari which has the title of guthi in a guthi.
(d) "Prescribed" or "as prescribed" shall mean as prescribed or prescribed in the regulations made under this Act or in the order issued by the Government of Nepal from time to time by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette.
