(1) Committee meetings will be held as required.
(2) The meeting of the committee will be held on the date, time and place specified by the chairman.
(3) The member-secretary of the committee shall give notice of the meeting of the committee to all the members at least seven days before the meeting.
(4) If more than fifty percent of the total members of the committee are present, the quorum for the meeting of the committee will be considered.
(5) The meeting of the committee will be presided over by the chairman and in his absence, a member chosen by the members present in the meeting will preside over the meeting.
(6) In the meeting of the committee, the opinion of the majority shall be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting shall cast the deciding vote.
(7) The committee may invite an expert of the related subject or an official of another agency related to the subject to the meeting of the committee.
(8) The decision of the committee will be certified by the member-secretary (9) Other procedures related to the meeting of the committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
