Section 146
Format of Will in Power of Attorney
(1) When making a document as per sub-section (3) of section 144, it should be prepared in the format as per Schedule-13.
(2) The scribe of the will under sub-section (1) must have at least two witnesses and the identity of the author writing the will have to be typed.
