Rule 73

If it is felt that a case is of public importance or due to the nature of the subject matter, it is necessary to make a quick decision, the concerned bench or the Chief Justice may order that such case be submitted with priority.
(2) After receiving a written answer on a matter of public rights or concerns, or after the deadline has passed, if considering the seriousness of the dispute and the immediate impact it has or may have on the general public, if it appears that the dispute should be resolved promptly, the bench may give priority to such a case and hear it continuously.
