Rule 79
Agreement

(1) If they want to settle the case pending in the court, the parties can submit a joint application to the court at any time for settlement.
(2) If both sides of the case request that a settlement be reached, even if a later date has been set for the parties, the settlement may be reached before that date.
(3) If a case is placed on the daily pay list and there is a possibility of a settlement even after the hearing has started and debates have been completed, the bench may order to set another date for the settlement.
(4) After making an application according to sub-rule (1) or ordering a settlement according to sub-rule (3), the parties to the case, if they have legal professionals, the legal professionals and the parties to the case should bring a person whom they believe and discuss with him and if both parties agree, the court will make a settlement.
