(1) According to section 15 of the Act, if a warrant is obtained to bring a detainee or prisoner to the Adda court, the relevant prison shall make arrangements for such a detainee or prisoner to appear at the Adda court through the police on the specified day and time. The concerned police shall wait at the base court until the work is completed and after finishing the work, the detainee or prisoner shall be returned from the base court to the jail. But the staff designated by the court will be in charge of the detainee or prisoner inside the courtroom.
(2) When a detainee is to be sent outside the prison, his personal belongings, if any, must be handed over to the patient.
