Rule 3
arrangement
(1) The Government of Nepal shall arrange a prison at the desired place. In such a prison, prisoners from all over the district shall be kept. Prisoners or detainees of other districts can also stay in cases specified by the Government of Nepal through a general order.
(2) The government of Nepal can also arrange investigation and research centers in addition to prisons in places it deems necessary. In the place where there is an investigation and investigation center, usually only the detainee will be kept in the investigation and investigation center.
