Rule 4
<br> which the court may appoint to work overtime
The Supreme Court may designate any court as a court to work overtime and such notice shall be published by the Supreme Court in the Nepal Gazette.
(2) The court appointed in accordance with sub-rule (1) shall determine the work to be done in extra time and the time, except when deciding with the consent of the Supreme Court.
