Rule 97

(1) In order to conduct the work of the court and the judicial body in the district in an orderly manner, to coordinate the work between the various bodies of the judiciary at the district level, to gather support for the implementation of the strategic plan, judgments and orders of the judiciary, and to coordinate the security system of the court, there will be a district justice area coordination committee as follows. :- (a) Chief Judge - Chairman 47 (b) Chief District Officer or his designated officer "Member (c) District Attorney, District Public Prosecutor's Office - Member (d) Chief, District Police Office "Member (e) Tehsildar - Member (f) President, concerned bar unit "Member (g) Head of Jail "Member (h) Malpot Officer Sub-member (j) Secretary of the District Coordination Committee - Member (h) One representative of civil society in the district nominated by the District Judge - Member (t) ) Srestedar -Member-Secretary
(2) The term of office of the member as per clause (h) of sub-rule (1) shall be two years.
(3) In the case of a district court with more than one judge, the chairman may invite other judges, local level and heads of other offices located in the district to the meeting of the district justice sector coordination committee as needed.
(4) The District Justice Sector Coordinating Committee shall submit a quarterly report of its work to the Central Justice Sector Coordination Committee and the concerned Appellate Level Justice Sector Coordination Committee.
(5) In the meeting of the District Justice Area Coordinating Committee, in relation to any case under consideration in the court or any other judicial body, the personal conduct of any official or the purely internal matter of the same body unrelated to any other body shall not be discussed.
