Rule 96
Court Management Committee
(1) There will be a court management committee as follows to conduct necessary studies and manage matters such as cases, sittings, records, information, material and financial resources in the court:- (a) Chief Judge - President (b) In courts with more than one judge Other Judges - Member (c) District Attorney of the District Public Prosecutor's Office - Member (d) Tehsildar - Member (e) Srestedar - Member - Secretary (2) The chairman of the bar unit of the respective court may be invited to the meeting of the committee as per sub-rule (1). (3) Other arrangements related to the meeting of the committee as per sub-rule (1) shall be as determined by the committee itself. 19 6 a. Payee Management Committee: (1) There shall be a Payee Management Committee as follows to manage the payee in the court through the round process:- (a) Chief Judge - Chairman (b) Two most senior Judges - Members but in the case of a court having two judges, the members as per Clause (b) Only one judge will be a member. % Addition by Second Amendment. If for some (2) reason, one or both of the Judges acting as Chief Judge or other Judges are absent, the next senior Judge for that period shall serve as the Chairman or member of the Pay Management Committee.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rules (1) and (2), in a court where there is only one judge, or in the case where there is more than one judge, only one person is present in the court, such judge may act as the court management committee.
(4) The Srestedar shall act as the Secretary of the Payee Management Committee.
(5) Meetings of Payee Management Committee shall be held as required.
(6) The meeting and decision-making procedures of the Payee Management Committee shall be as determined by the said committee itself.
(7) The work, duties and rights of the Payee Management Committee shall be as follows:- a Establishing certain standards for the payment of cases b Carrying out necessary actions to make the payee management transparent and reliable c Implementing the standards set in relation to the payee management(i) Monitoring for implementation (d) Managing the salary in accordance with the guidelines on salary management made by the Supreme Court.
