Rule 163
Regulating, controlling and managing the entry into the courtroom and the bench
(1) The Chief Registrar may arrange for the entry permit to regulate the entry of the general public into the courtroom.
(2) The chief registrar may issue an order to prevent a party who has been convicted of forgery, who wants to reconcile or settle the case, or to prevent a person carrying a case from entering the court.
(3) The court shall make public the list of persons referred to in sub-rule (2) and shall publish or broadcast the names of such persons on the notice board of the court from time to time.
(4) The chief registrar shall regulate, control and organize the entry of the general public with a view to maintaining a dignified and peaceful atmosphere in the court during the hearing of the case to be heard in open court.
(5) The work of maintaining the dignity of the court and managing the court will be done by the relevant court officer under the direction of the judge.
