Section 7
Things to be presumed by the court
unless proven otherwise:
(a) If a person has stolen property with him, the court may presume that the person has stolen or purchased stolen property intentionally. However, if such a person shows any reasonable reason that the property is in his possession, or considering the nature of such person's business or business, if it appears that the property may remain with him without knowing that it is stolen, the court will not make such a presumption.
(b) When a court orders a person to produce a document with him, if he does not produce it, the court may presume that the document is of a type that can be used as evidence against him if it is produced.
(c) The court may infer any other thing which may reasonably be expected considering the conduct of the people or the ordinary course of business.
