Section 2
Definition
If the subject and context do not indicate otherwise, in this Act, this Act came into effect on 15th June 2065, the words Prashathi and Adhirajya are deleted.
(a) "Court" shall mean the Supreme Court, High Court or District Court and the term shall refer to any other court, judicial body or officer authorized to hear and dispose of certain cases in accordance with the law.
(b) "expressed" or "expressed" means expressed orally or in writing or by gesture.
(c) "Public document" means a document considered as a public document according to the prevailing law and the term also refers to the digital or electronic form of such document.
(2) shall mean a book, Shresta or other document in the form of records in the office of the Government of Nepal or any constitutional body or official or court or public organization organized according to law.
