Section 141
Can delegate authority
(1) The Government of Nepal may delegate the powers granted to the Commander-in-Chief and subordinate agencies or officials or other government agencies or officials in accordance with this Act and the rules made under this Act.
(2) The Government of Nepal may delegate the authority vested in it or any agency or officer to the Commander-in-Chief and his subordinate units in accordance with the prevailing laws under special circumstances.
(3) It shall not be considered that there has been any obstacle to the use of the authority delegated under sub-sections (1) and (2) by the Government of Nepal or related agencies or officials themselves.
(4) In accordance with this Act and prevailing laws, the Commander-in-Chief may delegate the authority granted to him to subordinate bodies or officers under his responsibility.
