Foreword
- Since the sovereignty of Nepal is vested in the Nepali people as a result of the historical people's movement and the source of state power is the Nepali people, it is desirable to make the Nepali Army accountable to the Nepali people by making timely amendments and consolidation in the existing legal system regarding the establishment, arrangement, control, use and operation of the Nepali Army. ,The House of Representatives Proclamation, 2063 has been enacted by the House of Representatives in the first year of its release.
