14. Delegation of Powers

910 The committee may delegate some of the powers it has received in accordance with this order or the rules made under this order to members, sub-committee formed according to section 1, chairman or any official level employee of the committee as needed. 920 Chairman may delegate some of the powers granted to him to an authorized employee of the committee as needed.
