2. Definition:

In this Order, unless the subject matter or the context otherwise requires,–
(a) "Chairman" means the Chairman of the Committee.
(b) "Project" means Budhi Gandaki Reservoir Hydropower Project.

(d) "Prescribed" or "as prescribed" means prescribed or prescribed in the rules made under this order.
(e) "Ministry" means the Ministry of Energy.
(f) "Member" means a member of the Committee and the term includes the Chairman of the Committee.
(g) "Committee" means the Budhi Gandaki Hydropower Project Development Committee constituted as per section 3.
