(1) Except for the rights stipulated by the law to be performed by the judge himself, the presiding judge may delegate other rights related to any work of the court to any judge or clerk.
(2) In the absence of an employee designated for a particular job, the judge may assign that job to another employee. But the employees of the post of accountant will be engaged in the same work only.
