(1) In addition to the work and duties written elsewhere in this regulation, the work and duties of the authorized officer shall be as follows:-

(b) To keep accounts of the amount received in the office and bear the responsibility of all the financial transactions of the office,

(e) To comply with this regulation and the existing laws related to economic administration, or to cause them to comply accordingly (f) To follow up on whether or not fraud has been committed by providing timely answers to the findings of the audit, and if the answers or proofs are not found to be false, to submit new answers or proofs and make them false, (g) To bear the responsibility of penning the amount of expenses decided without taking the opinion of the head of the financial administration branch or against the opinion during financial transactions. In the case of penning the amount given by the Head of Economic Administration Branch, he will also bear joint responsibility.
(2) The Secretary of the District Development Committee, with the support of the Office of the Controller of Funds and Accounts, inspects the financial transactions of the village development committee and the municipality and the offices authorized by him at least once a year and submits a report to the relevant village development committee, municipality, district development committee and related ministries and local It should be submitted to the Ministry of Development.
