Rule 215
Barbujarath

(1) When the official of the local body in charge of the collection of cash, goods, bonds and other amounts, etc., is relieved of office for any reason or when the employee of such body is transferred, promoted, retired or for any other reason leaves the base or is separated from the job. "It will be his duty to do it. Those who take the bill must also take the bill immediately.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the official or employee who has the duty to perform the performance shall complete the performance within twenty one days of the current vacancy in that position. If the payment is not made within twenty-one days, departmental action will be taken in the case of the employee and in the case of the official, it will be done according to the decision submitted to the local body.
(3) According to sub-rule (1), if it is found that there has been loss or embezzlement of cash or goods, securities and other funds, the value of the cash or goods and the value of such loss or embezzlement from the officer or employee who took charge of the cash and goods, from the date of the loss or damage. Interest charged at the rate of 10 percent so far, including the salary or any other amount received by him, should be withheld and collected. If it is not enough, it will be charged like the government balance.
(4) According to sub-rule (3), when the price is charged, the condition of the goods and the current market price will be considered. In this way, the work of fixing the price will be done by a committee consisting of authorized officials, representatives of the relevant district administration office and the office of the Treasury and Accounts Controller. But in the case of Village Development Committee, a representative of the nearest government office can be appointed.
(5) According to this regulation, if an employee needs to be dismissed, the authorized officer shall do so as soon as possible.
(6) An official or employee who has the duty to perform the funeral in accordance with this rule has been separated from his position or has not been found or is dead or has no address due to health reasons or is missing, and if the family member of such official or employee wants to perform the funeral, then he or a person sent with his approval. The person who needs to be informed should be consulted in the Rohbar of the person appointed by the concerned local body.
