Section 32
The authorized officer may notify
If the certificate of registration is not renewed within the period specified in sub-section (1) of section 31, the authorized officer shall notify the relevant diplomatic mission, office or person through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to renew the certificate of registration of such vehicle. can
