(1) Where there is otherwise clear provision elsewhere in this regulation, the current Revenue Tribunal Act, 2031. Apart from that, the right and responsibility of hearing the case and the application or appeal related to it, dealing with it and making a decision or order will be the responsibility of the tribunal.
(2) The president shall have the responsibility and authority to perform all kinds of administrative work of the tribunal.
