(1) The work, duties and rights to be performed on behalf of the office shall be exercised by the inspector designated to work as the head of the respective office.
(2) Apart from the work specified to be performed by the inspector himself according to the Act and these regulations, the inspector may delegate authority to any inspector or officer under him to do any work that the office must do according to the Act and these regulations.
(3) In the event that the inspector is absent from the office, he shall make arrangements for the necessary personnel to register the application in the office, conduct negotiations between the parties to the dispute, verify the copies and understand the evidence related to the pending complaint in the office.
