Rule 2
Definition
Unless the context or context otherwise requires, in these Regulations,
(a) "Act" means the Labor Act, 2074.
(b) "Ministry" means the Government of Nepal, the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security.
(c) "Department" means the Department of Labor and Occupational Safety.
(d) "Office" means Labor Office.
