(1) The Assembly may delegate some of its powers to the Executive Council and the Academic Council, as necessary, among the powers conferred on it in accordance with this Act or the rules made under this Act.
(2) The Executive Council may delegate some of the powers granted to it in accordance with this Act or the rules made under this Act to any officer of the University as required.
(3) The Academic Council may delegate some of its powers to the Vice-Chancellor, General Secretary or the Dean as per the requirements of this Act or the rules made under this Act.
