Rule 227
Rights not to be interfered with
(1) In accordance with this regulation, the authority of the authorized officer cannot be interfered with. If the local body feels that the rights have been misused, it can immediately conduct an investigation or request the investigation body to disclose the entire matter.
(2) Nothing written in sub-rule (1) shall be deemed to limit the authority of the relevant ministry or local body to supervise, monitor and give instructions.
