Section 61
The limitation period starts after the appointment of an officer
If the right to appoint an officer, court or body to hear a case in any law belongs to the government of Nepal, any other body or official, if such officer, court or body is appointed within the time limit, according to the same, and if it is not appointed, the relevant law from the date of the appointment of such officer, court or official The limitation period for filing a complaint will begin within thirty-five days under Section 25.
