7. Disqualification of Chairman and Members

(1) The following persons shall not be considered eligible to be appointed as Chairman or Member:-
(a) Non-Nepali citizens,
(b) not having completed thirty-five years of age and having completed sixty-five years of age,
(c) being a member of a political party,
(d) Deranged or disturbed mental balance,
(e) If the creditor is unable to pay his debt, he falls under the law of Damasahi (f) Being blacklisted in accordance with the prevailing law or
due to non-payment of the loan of the Bank (g) Being found guilty by a court of any criminal charge of corruption, money laundering or moral turpitude.
(2) Clauses (c), (e), (f) and (g) of sub-section (1) shall be verified in writing by the person appointed as chairman and member.
