The duties, duties and powers of the chairman shall be as follows:-
(a) Convening of meetings of the Board,
(B) To lead the board as needed on health insurance issues at the national and international level,
(c) evaluating the performance of the Executive Director,
(d) To submit the annual report of the Board to the Prime Minister through the Ministry,
(e) Perform other tasks as specified.
