7. Work, Duties and Powers of the Chairman:

The work, duties and powers of the Chairman shall be as follows:-

(a) To implement or cause the decision of the Committee,
(b) To prepare the plan, annual program and budget of the committee and submit it to the committee for approval (c) To inspect and monitor the work related to the implementation and operation of the project and submit its progress report to the committee,
(d) To prepare an annual report on the programs conducted by the committee and submit it to the committee (e) Coordinate necessary for the implementation of the project on behalf of the committee (f) To carry out the tasks assigned by the committee.
