(1) The Chairman shall be the full-time chief officer of the Authority.
(2) The remuneration, facilities and other conditions of service and work, duties and rights of the chairman shall be as prescribed.
(3) After a person is appointed as the chairman, his salary, facilities and other conditions of service shall not be changed to his detriment.
(4) For participating in the meeting of the authority, the member will receive the meeting allowance as specified.
