(1) The Ministry may provide any forest area for research work to any organization carrying out any research work related to forestry. But in the case of research bodies under the ministry, the department can provide forest area.
(2) The organization provided with forest area according to sub-section (1) shall use such area in such a way as to protect and develop the forest area.
(3) Provision of forest area and other arrangements related to study and research shall be as prescribed in accordance with this section.
