1. According to the section 72 of the Act, after reporting the dishonored act, if a holder wants to prove the act of dishonored exchangeable right, he must attach the relevant exchangeable right and any documents related to it and file a complaint before the notary public.

2 . After receiving the complaint in accordance with sub-rule 1, the notary shall register in the written registration book and present the related negotiable authority or a copy thereof to the payer drawee for payment or acceptance by himself or his employees or through the registry letter. After presenting the power of attorney, the notary shall send to the holder the form no. 1, 2, 3 or 4 should be certified and a copy of the same should be attached to the relevant page of the registration book.
