(1) After an employee attains the age of 58 years ………………. He will be retired from the job of the committee. Explanation: For the purpose of this rule, the age of the employee will be calculated as follows:-
(a) Age from the date of birth or the year entered in the certificate of the educational institution submitted by him at the time of joining the service,
(b) If there is no such record, the age from the date of birth or the year written in the personal details at the time he entered the job.
(2) Any employee who has completed twenty years or more of service may be retired from employment if the committee so wishes.
