(1) The Ministry may from time to time monitor and evaluate the protection, development and use of forests in accordance with this Act.
(2) The Provincial Ministry shall periodically monitor and evaluate the forest management within the province and provide the same report to the Ministry.
(3) The Divisional Forest Officer shall monitor and evaluate the forests managed by adopting different forest management methods within the district and submit the report to the Ministry and the Provincial Ministry.
(4) Other arrangements related to monitoring and evaluation shall be as prescribed.
