(1) The regulatory body shall refer to Section 6B of the Act. And regular inspection, supervision and monitoring of the indicator organization should be done to ensure that the work has been done in accordance with this regulation.
(2) In the case of bodies other than index organizations, Section 6B of the Act. And to ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with this regulation, the relevant ministry shall conduct regular inspection, supervision and monitoring.
(3) A natural person is referred to in section 6b of the Act. And the Ministry should conduct regular monitoring regarding whether the work to be completed according to this regulation has been done or not.
(4) The relevant ministry and regulatory body shall conduct inspection, supervision or monitoring in accordance with this rule at least once a year.
